Terms and Conditions of The View Bull Bay 

 

DEPOSIT
A deposit of 25% of the rental is payable on booking. The balance is due 30 days before the start of the holiday. For bookings made less than 30 days before the start of the holiday, full payment is required. Payments should be made by online bank transfer or by cheque (not sure about the bank arrangements yet, so can you leave that in bold or something until I’ve spoken to the bank) Cancellation within 14 days of the start of the holiday will be charged in full. Cancellation more than 14 days before the start of the holiday will forfeit the deposit. We recommend that you take out holiday insurance to Cover any cancellation fees.
The property should normally be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Please contact us in advance to arrange your arrival time (usually after 3pm).
CLEANLINESS AND DAMAGES

The holidaymaker undertakes to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the holiday. The holidaymaker also undertakes to keep the premises and all furniture, fixtures and fittings and effects in or on the premises in the same state of repair and condition as they are at the commencement of the letting and shall replace broken or damaged items with similar articles of at least equal value, or if the Owner so requires, pay to the Owner the value of any part of the premises or the furniture, fixture, fittings and effects so destroyed. The Property Owner reserves the right to levy an additional charge for any extra cleaning required after the Holidaymaker's occupancy and for any consequential loss;

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal possessions, equipment or vehicles during your stay.


The house and grounds of Hafan Glyd and Yr Olygfa are non-smoking areas.

PETS

Well behaved, toilet trained dogs only please. There is room to accommodate 1 large or 2 small dogs and they MUST be kept on a lead if walking in the owners garden. Dogs must NOT be left unattended in the property or grounds. The Holidaymaker is liable for all damage caused by his/her pets. The Holidaymaker should remove all traces (inside and out) from the Property of pet occupation before final departure. The Property Owner reserves the right to levy an additional charge for any extra cleaning required after the Holidaymaker's occupancy. The Holidaymaker must not allow pets on beds or furniture within the Property.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

The Holidaymaker's (and all other members of the Holidaymaker's party's) personal belongings and vehicles (together with their contents) are left at the Property entirely at their own risk.
